What we do.
CrossFit is a fitness regimine that is:
1. Constantly varied
- Work outs are different every day. We alter and change the work outs on a daily basis to ensure your body never has a chance to get "used to" your fitness routine. It also ensures that your body has an ample time to recover.
2. Functional movements
- Whether you are a housewife, navy seal, or sit behind a desk all day, these are movements you perform in your everyday life. These movements include: lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting...things you do everyday.
3. High Intensity
- Intensity = Results and intensity is purely up to you. We provide the work, the tools, and the atmosphere, you bring the heat.
What we eat.
Its simple! We eat: meat, nuts, seeds, vegetables, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar.
