6 Week Challenge

Physical activity coupled with nourishing foods are critical elements in leading a healthy happier YOU!

By completing the Challenge, participants will be credited the entire Challenge Fee towards future membership in the form of monthly discount ($30 per month up to 12 month).

Completion of the challenge is not based on weight loss or gain, participants must have attended at least three classes weekly & checked in with accountability coach weekly. 

Our programming is appropriate for EVERYONE, no matter what shape they may be in. No baseline level of fitness is required.

Challenge Participation

"Body By YOU" Challenge Includes the following:

  •  Each participant will have unlimited access to any class on any day!

  • At least three classes a week much be attended in order to complete the Challenge and qualify for the grand prize drawing and be eligible to receive the $360 credit towards a future membership

  • Each participant will receive 3 tanning sessions per week (need to be 18 or older).

  • Once Completed you are a Member of the Gym!

One On One Goal Settings

"Body By YOU" Challenge Includes the following:

Each participant will meet with a coach to set personal goals. Personal health goals will differ. At this session, body measurements, body fat percentage calculations & "Before" and "After" photos will be taken.

Nutrition Support

Your "Body By YOU" Challenge Includes the following:

Eating a healthy, balanced diet provides nutrients to your body. These nutrients give you energy and keep your heart beating, your brain active and your muscles working.

Each participant will receive a custom designed Macro guide (proteins, fats, & carbohydrates) as well as healthy meal plans.

Additionally, participants will be assigned an accountability coach. Your coach will help keep you on track & increase the program's success. You must check in with your coach at least once a week to successfully complete the challenge!
