1. SCHEDULE A FREE TRIAL
THE FIRST WORK OUT IS ON US! Saturdays at 9am, we offer a free trial class for those that want to try CrossFit but have never done it before. We will also give you a tour of the place, talk about your goals and expectations, and you will meet a few of our coaches as well.

2. SIGN UP FOR ON RAMP
If you have never done CrossFit before, we require that all of our new members take our On Ramp course. This is an interactive class that teaches you how to perform all of the movements we do in our regular CrossFit classes. Classes are on Saturday mornings at 11am and run for four consecutive weeks.
3. SIGN UP FOR CROSSFIT
Are you an experienced CrossFitter switching gyms, or just graduated from On Ramp? At CrossFit Greendale, we have a variety of different membership options.
