WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit, by definition, is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity.
What does that mean?...
  • Intensity...how fast can you get real work done.

  • Intensity is completely up to YOU

  • INTENSITY = RESULTS...the harder you work, the faster you see results.

CONSTANTLY VARIED
  • Constant variation means your work out is completely different every day, there is no routine or "set" days.

  • To achieve true fitness, routine is the enemy, so we mix gymnastics (body weight movements), weight lifting (powerlifting and Olympic), and endurance conditioning (running, biking, air dyne, rowing, jumping...) into different work out combinations each day. 

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT
  • Functional movements are what we already do in real life....squat, run/walk, jump, pick up things...

  • Functional movements are found everywhere and CrossFit teaches you how to move your body correctly to live a better (and easier) daily life.
